*Guide for Printing with my Partner Shop*
This is a guide for printing with my Partner Print Shop.
Even if you're not printing with them, it can help you better understand how to print certain items for your reception, and might apply to your chosen print shop.
RECEPTION ITEMS PRINTING WALKTHROUGH:
Most things can be printed easily through my Partner Print Shop. Some items you may prefer to print on your own. Please see below.

0. STANDARD ITEMS (Invitation, RSVP, Details, Reception, Programs)
* Print it via Print Shop
- Click through the options and select your sizing.
1. Welcome Sign, Seating Chart
* Print it via Print Shop
- Selected "Signs" then "Mounted" and choose your size. These should all be on mounted signs, in the size you want. They'll be printed on foam boards that are light yet sturdy enough to stand on easels or be hung up on a copper pipe set up. You can also print them on canvas, which is more substantial with textured appeal and best for sitting on an easel.
2. Menu
Menu (Non-Individualized)
* Print it via Print Shop
- Select "Cards", and the size you want, in this case either 4x9" or 5x7".
Menu (Individualized)
* Print it via Print Shop as a Custom Order
- You'll want to specify the item you want, the size, and that you want to print 1 file 1 time. You'll want to set up your files correctly for individualized printing. Verify with print shop for file details.
3. Table Numbers (2 Choices)
* Print it Yourself
- Most couples choose to print their table numbers themselves as you can print and cut them to size using downloaded trim marks. They do this on cardstock at places like Staples. This is the most economical and flexible option.
* Print it via Print Shop
- You can also print this with my partner print shop, but because you'll be printing 1 file, 1 time, it'll be a custom order. You'll want to use the Custom Order feature to request this printing.
4. Drinks Sign, Cards/Gifts, Guestbook signs, etc.
* Print it via Print Shop
- If you're going for a large sign that needs to stand up on it's own, you'll want to do step 1. If you're printing a table-top sign 8x10" sign and need it to be thin, and go inside a frame, choose "unmounted" sign.
- If you're doing a smaller sign 5x7", you can print this out with them, but since it's 1 file printed just 1 time, it's a custom order.
You'll want to use the Custom Order feature to request this printing.
* Print it Yourself
- Most couples choose to print their table numbers themselves as you can print and cut them to size using downloaded trim marks. They do this on card stock at places like Staples. This is the most economical and flexible option.
5.1 Place Cards (2 Choices)
* Print it via Print Shop
- You can also print this with my partner print shop, but because these are individualized items, again, it'll be custom. You'll want to use the Custom Order feature to request this printing. Let them know you want to print individual cards.
* Print it Yourself
- Most couples choose to print their place cards themselves as you can print multiple cards per page and cut them to size using downloaded trim marks. They do this on cardstock at places like Staples. This is the most economical and flexible option. Just enlist a friend to help with cutting if you have a large guest list.
5.2 Slim Place Cards (2 Choices)
Our partner shop is unable to print cards smaller than 2" in any dimension. For this product you'll want to print it and cut it to size yourself.
* Print it Yourself
- Print multiple cards per page and cut them to size using downloaded trim marks. You can do this on regular sized card stock at places like Staples. This is the most economical and flexible option. It's a good idea to enlist a friend to help with cutting if you have a large guest list.
6. Thank You Tags (2 Choices)
* Print it Yourself
- You can print these out yourself again and trim.
* Print it via Print Shop
- You can also print these out with my partner shop, I believe they don't specialize in wedding tags, so you'll want to let them know your preferred sizing, 2x2", or we can resize your tags to their standard 2.5x2.5".
7. Thank You Cards (2 Choices)
* Print it Yourself
- You can print these out yourself again and trim.
* Print it via Print Shop
- You can also print these out with my partner shop.
Note about Sizing:
If at anytime you need a re-size for any items, just let me know and give me a few business days to have that back for you!
